What’s included in the trip?

Everything except food and drinks. Beer and wine is permitted. No hard liquor. Bring a small to medium cooler for your items.

What should I wear?

Its usually cooler on the water. Warm clothing, rain gear and waterproof boots or shoes, sunglasses and sunblock.

What can I take home?

Any legal sized edible fish you catch. Bluefin Tuna must be sold per Federal Regulations. If we catch a Giant >73” we will sell the fish commercially. The charter will be entitled to a credit on a future charter or 10% of the proceeds after expenses. If we there are no Giants and we decide to take a small tuna <73”, we will cut your fish for you at the dock to take home.

What if the charter is cancelled?

If the Captain determines the weather is too rough, you will be offered the option to reschedule. If a reschedule is not possible, you will be entitled to 50% of your deposit back. Rain is not considered a reason to cancel a charter.

Deposit due at least 14 days prior to the charter date.

If your deposit is made online, your final payment will be due the day of the trip. We prefer cash or check before we depart. If needed we will process the credit card used for the booking.

Cancellations received more than 14 days prior to your trip are refundable. If you cancel less than two weeks before the charter, your deposit is non-refundable.

GRATUITIES

Prices do not include mates tip for services provided. Whereas the mate works on gratuity, a gratuity of 15-20% to the mate is customary.
